Seri 3: Trek Kajar Piji, Muria - Kudus
Seri III UKDI 2010 terlaksana secara istimewa karena bertempat di daerah tuan rumah sponsor yaitu kota Kudus. Sebelum rangkain perlombaan dimulai, beberapa rider mendapat kesempatan mengunjungi pabrik produksi Djarum 76 dan mess atlet bulutangkis milik Djarum.
Pornomo rider di kelas men elite dengan kemampuan endurance yang baik mampu meraih perolehan waktu tercepat di semua kelas. Sementara Ulil seorang downhiller muda yang turun di kelas junior mampu mencatat perolehan waktu tercepat kedua setelah Pornomo.
